Tulipa turkestanica (Turkestan Tulip) is a species of tulip native to central Asia, notably Iran and Turkestan.
It is a herbaceous perennial from a bulb, growing 10 cm to 15 cm tall, with 2–4 glaucous-green leaves up to 15 cm long on each stem. The flowers are white to pinkish-red, with a yellow centre; each plant produces from 1 to 12 flowers in early spring.
Tulipa turkestanica is an ornamental plant often grown in rock gardens. Its multiple blooms on one flowering stem is an unusual trait within the genus Tulipa. It is said to have fragrant flowers.
